Emulsification / Demulsification Tests
Nearly all kinds of crude oil consist of a mixture of many chemical
compounds which respond differently to non-emulsifiers / demulsifiers /
demulgators / non-emulgators, emulsion breakers, desalters.
But, there is not one "magic agent" which always works economic for preventing the formation of an emulsion or for breaking an emulsion or for
desalting a crude oil.
For a comparison of product offers you need anwers to some questions.
Does it work at all for the considered emulsion problem? How many of
the product is to dose for achievement the technical gool? Is the
application form suitable for the existing technology?
There are two ways to find it out.
First way, we make laboratory tests with your oil sample (3 Liters) and
for an offer to you we choose a qualified product formulation according your technical
requirements.
Please notice, for that tests there must not been
added non-emulsifiers, demulsifiers, desalters, non-emulgators,
emulsion breakers etc. to the oil. If it is not possible for you
to give information about the required gool parameters than it is
only possible to make a relative comparison with your non-emulsifier /
demulsifier / desalter etc. In this case we need a anonymous sample
of the product you use at present (0,1 Liter). After our tests
(Emulsification / Demulsification) you will get our offer and the separation / desalting
results for your emulsion (separation rate vs. time, behavior of demulsifivation).
On the other hand, you make such tests with a sample of our basic non-emulsifiers /
demulsifiers for finding out the specific consumption rate for your emulsion. With that information you are able to rank our product offer.
